Thank you for all the replies fellas, maybe getting a new tonneau with more options to customize tie downs will be the solution in the years to come.

I have the Diamondback SE on my Jeep. It’s basically what you are describing. It has tie down built into the panels and it can hold 400lbs on top of the cover. It wasn’t cheap though, cost me almost $2k.

Next summer I’ll be switching to a cap, the hard covers are too limiting for me.

That’s the problem. EVERYBODY knows its a political witch hunt to keep him off the ballot ! But were not concerned with that right now… the media tells us not to be. Instead lets research if he did something 100% of lenders allow everyday in big banks. I’m out of this one. Witch hunt. Period.

Remind me again how a fraud conviction keeps someone from being on the ballot?
We all know Fox news wouldn’t lie to it’s viewers, instead they’ll just omit the facts so that you remain angry and ignorant.

Not one charge in any of the cases would disqualify him. Even though it sure as hell should.

Now, one would think that republicans would not vote for someone convicted of fraud for a fake university, or someone that was convicted of defrauding a veterans charity, or fraudulently inflating and deflating the values of properties to obtain loans and pay less tax.
Or that they wouldn’t vote for a man who grabs women by the pussy, cheats on his wife and pays off pornstars.
One would assume that republicans would have a problem with someone who took and refused to return top secret documents and stored them in his shitter.

Republicans love our military. You would think there might be an issue with Trump insulting injured veterans. One would also assume that Trump calling dead soldiers “suckers” might be an issue. Of course, republicans did try to cut veteran healthcare by 22% after a two decade war, so I guess it isn’t actually that surprising.

You would also assume that the Christian right might take issue with him calling pastors ‘hustlers’ as well as being “full of poop”. Fake news probably.

Trump is a election losing, convicted fraud, convicted rapist charlatan with another 91 charges coming at him. The real suckers are the clowns that vote for him.

I’m starting to think I’m doing something wrong here. I’ve been to 100’s of different ramps all over the state and I’ve never had a negative run in with any of these folks.

Right. It would take an enormous market crash in order for a big price reduction in anything. There is definite price softening going on in things like campers right now, but those have always been produced at much higher numbers than boats. There is too much demand out there.

I think prices will stabilize. The fact that many manufacturers extended the spring rebates this year is very telling that new orders are slowing down. But this just means going back to how it was a few years ago and does not mean price reductions being these rebates.

    X2

Even during the 2008 crash, boat sales in the upper midwest didn’t slow like they did in the rest of the country.

We won’t see drastic reductions in price anytime soon. If anything, they’ll extend the loan length to make it more “affordable” You can already roll an existing mortgage into a 40 year term, so why not a 20 or 25 year term on your boat LOL

I am as far as rods and reels go. Almost all my rods are St Croix and the reels are a mix of Diawa and Shimano.

I have a Humminbird that does it. I also bought the lines chart since the unit itself only holds so much info.

It’s as easy as can be, turn on autochart and let it run as you drive around. You can change the countour lines for a more accurate look if needed. The important part is that you make sure you turn the autochart feature off before powering the unit down. If you don’t it won’t save the info.

My bad, I guess I should have been more clear. I wasn’t talking about people using at work, you’d have to be real dumb to do that.

I meant testing positive since it stays in your body for some time. So it’s possible to get hurt at work and test positive but not be high at the time. I just wonder how that scenario would be handled. I can see a company using that to finagle their way out of as much responsibility as they can.

I’m going to guess we still won’t be able to test positive being in the union. But it just depends on who you work for and how much you mean to the company. I haven’t been tested in 13 years with my company. Even when I got hit in the face 8 years ago with a saw, went in and got stitched up and on the Dr note it said no urine analysis required.
I know other laborers who seem to get random tests all the time

Are you a laborer as well then?
I’ve only been tested once. And only because Ferrel Gas required it. The contractor didn’t care.

^^^Doesnt mean it is legal to use at work just like you can’t drink on the job. You can easily test for both.
One obviously is a little more instant but testing nonetheless.

Oh by the way it is already legal here. Has been for over a year now. You can by in gummy form just about anywhere.

I wonder if they will do what Canada did when they legalized it and scrub all weed-related offenses from people’s records?

It is part of the bill. 60,000 possible expungements according to the Star Tribune.

I’m curious to see how this affects my line of work (construction, local 563 if anyone cares). Peoples use of weed is an open secret but if it becomes legal I wonder if it’ll be out in the open. Getting hurt and testing positive wouldn’t be good, even if it’s legal.
