I can not wonder the amounted of confusion the N.H. Fish& Game caused by finding a dead loon on a beach with a lead jig in it in 2015. How many ice fisherman have snap lines??? I really think I smell a RAT and that RAT has a Wall Street address. Its MONEY and not dead loons.What going to happen to all those lead lures.sinkers,lines.etc…they end up polluting all those landfills for the next century. States pass laws without looking pass their noses. I sorry I have caused anybody any grief. God Bless…RHLP
