    Sat for a few hours this morning in west central Wisconsin saw 1 6point around 830 cold morning with the 30 mph winds

    I have had good luck with the g5 montec. I pull just over 50 lbs and both the deer I have shot with them have ben straight pass throughs one at 25 yards and the other at 40. It’s the best brodhead I’ve used but have not shot a lot of mechanical brodheads

    Set up in a patch of oak trees about 100 yards down from a corn and hay field. already seen 8 does this weekend grazing on acorns before they head to the fields hope to see a few bucks tonight

    Went out Saturday in nw Wisconsin flushed 13 birds, most of them seamed skittish don’t know if it was from the bear hunters running dogs up there all week or from preditors

    went out for a little bit last night in the river falls area found about 15-20 that were too small to pick about 1 1/2 inches but should be starting in about a week if it dosent freeze

    i always go 1/2venison then add 1/2 bacon tips or 1/2 beef. some times 1/2 venison 1/4 bacon tips 1/4 beef

    sence he only trotted away it sounds like he didnt like the fact there was not a buck there. but if he did wind you it seams he probly thought you were in the area not 15 yards away. also if your got a doe in heat in your area that incident will be the last thing on his mind. good luck

    saw the 150ish ten point point agin this morning he is number one on the hit list this is the second time i have seen him in three days, hope i get a shot at him in the next few weeks.

    got out saturday afternoon. kicked up a 140-150 inch ten point walking into the stand he was beded down with a doe in a pasture. saw 4 more does that night no bucks chaseing them.
