Anyone have a contact with the arena? The fake crowd noise is so stupid and gets louder as the game (goals up or down) goes on. Have to Bluetooth music and just watch.

Great explanation. I struggle at times – and figured this out as to the best attempt at loading (Shorelander trailer). Aside from being the perfectionist that I am….does it really matter all that much if a boat is crooked slightly on a trailer? Perhaps weight distribution would be the biggest factor?

Thanks for the heads up on the riprap area. Last years high water was a challenge too. If I remember right – the dock was 30-50′ away from the landing!!

Mike – if pool 2 was not close to you, would you put in the time and expense to fish it that much? I live close to Wabasha, and catch & release most all fish from lower pool 4 and 5. Mille Lacs isnt even on my radar any longer due to the expense of such a trip and lack of opportunity to keep fish if ‘going out of town’ for a weekend / vacation.

Tom – if not mistaken, this landing was established for the dredging crew. So to say they ‘left it a mess’ isnt accurate. I recall a survey asking for input from the DNR to keep this landing open, guess I’d say the DNR has now left it a mess.

Have launched there a number times this year, been a few weeks now though. Has been rough was wash-out in the gravel, go slow….unless its been graded.
