Get ahold of Kelly at the falls motel in Ifalls , he sees a lot of people traveling through on the way to that area and can possibly lead you in the right direction.
March 17, 2015 at 10:32 pm #1524551Just read some reviews about North Shore Cottages that seem interesting. 10 minutes north of town and reasonable $$. pics look like there is a lot of room.
March 23, 2014 at 8:12 am #1398524They will price match if you bring in proof of a better price from the competition but you have to ask dept management usually to make it happen.Never works for new firearms for me but fishing equipment and the utility trailer I bought they were willing to do it to get the sale.
February 1, 2014 at 2:12 pm #1385032I take the spout off the can and carefully pour through long rigid tranny fluid funnel, they usually fit into any fuel tank and are a cheap fix.
January 29, 2014 at 7:58 pm #1384359I have some things that need a good home too if you would like to pm me contact info. Sounds like a worthy cause.
January 23, 2014 at 11:49 am #1382160Thanks for all the input you guys , Now all I have to do is make a decision with all the info.
I have ran Bridgestone and Michelin on other trucks and my favorite was the old bridgestone duelers that were recalled years ago and have heard through the rumor mill the replacements were not of the same quality and never used them since.Michelin model I tried on my Tahoe were great for mud and mild weather traction but seemed to never work well in sub freezing temps, May have been that tread design. May have to give the goodyear or firestone a try this time.Always pushing the 4 high button at intersections is getting old so need to try something soon.January 12, 2014 at 11:37 am #1379171Rainy lake house boats can handle a crowd like that, move your lodging whenever you want and rent their fishing boats so you don’t have to bring a bunch of them all that way.use a couple guides for a day maybe to get familiar with the lake and get on the current bite.May be worth looking at. Have Fun!
December 26, 2013 at 6:15 pm #1374315I went through the same wake up call a few months ago and all one needs to do is provide a photocopy of both sides of your (current) health certificate along with the form at a dmv office and they will punch in the info and your good to go without getting charged a fee.My licsense had been reduced to a “D” rating but was restored within 5 minutes after they entered the info.Lucky I did not get caught in a truck before I found out about it.
December 26, 2013 at 6:07 pm #1374311Did not see this in time for your outing but the Cowlitz at barrier dam or downstream used to be good. Drifting eggs worked well on steelhead for us back when I lived in Olympia and got down there during the winter months. Maybe you will get out again before returning.
December 26, 2013 at 5:55 pm #1374308Did a 5 day trip couple years ago, great cabin and only as noisy as you make it. Mosty people on a mission to fish hard all day long.Community fish fry one evening a week possibly still going on. Take your camera and keep it handy for the wildlife as you will see some more than likely. One trip is not near enough to appreciate the area and chad will go out of his way to put you on good bite.Plan on doing the trip again some day and including nippogon.
December 24, 2013 at 1:20 pm #1374012Interesting info for tetracloroethylene which is the main ingredient in a can of crc brakeleen. Appears your local dry cleaner uses it for clothing etc. too but no mention of it dissolving plastic or rubber.
What is tetrachloroethylene?
Tetrachloroethylene is a manufactured chemical that is widely used for dry cleaning of fabrics and for metal-degreasing. It is also used to make other chemicals and is used in some consumer products.Other names for tetrachloroethylene include perchloroethylene, PCE, and tetrachloroethene. It is a nonflammable liquid at room temperature. It evaporates easily into the air and has a sharp, sweet odor. Most people can smell tetrachloroethylene when it is present in the air at a level of 1 part tetrachloroethylene per million parts of air (1 ppm) or more, although some can smell it at even lower levels.
September 29, 2013 at 4:37 am #1197424Let me know if it works please, I am leaning towards trying plain old mixer on low speed with regular beaters if nothing else.

July 19, 2013 at 1:39 am #1184349Just imagine a few years in the future when you can be several miles out on mille lacs and text a bait order to the bait shop along with another cold 12 pack and sandwiches on your smart phone , swipe your credit card along with relaying your gps coordinates and 20 minutes later here comes the chopper drone to deliver. Its probably gonna become reality sooner than we think. Like jimmy johns bait service could be the future.

June 24, 2013 at 11:52 pm #1179891I agree with pat K and am jealous as ever you get to go and I have to wait another 5 weeks before I get back up there. We pounded the walleye and smallies a couple weeks ago in shallow bays up the north arm that if it were not for the high water would have been only a couple feet deep and also the rocks worked well for us in 5 or 6 feet of water. seems water temps in the mid 60’s were the best then.Good luck!!
May 24, 2013 at 3:53 pm #1173315Best point resort on tetonka lake west of waterville, reasonably close to all the lakes listed if you want to move around
