I have several tuc rods and love them. I have the noodle, bullwhip, quicktip, precision, and power percision all 32inch. I use the noodle and bullwhip for bluegills and perch on quick tip just for perch the the 2 precision for walleye. I had a friend catch a 44inch northern on a bullwhip when he was fishing for blue gills.

I also have the same digger auger mount but i am waiting for the additional bracket. I plan on using the atv brackets so i can remove it after winter is over and you can find both on Amazon.

What kind of crank bait would you recommend? I am stuck at work for another 11 days so I will have some time to gather more info an order tackle.

Did you put any sealant around the holes after. Also how far apart did you space your rod holders?

What kind of structure do you look for this time of year. I went to where we were getting them this winter with no luck

After a little searching well wasn’t that hard. I used a fire tiger Fiskas jig with a Palomar knot. Some people said to keep the jig horizontal but I had good success with a vertical with the hook pointing down with wax worms. Biggest of the day was nine an half inches.

This will be the last year that they are going to use the white blank for the noodle rod. They informed me when I ordered my noodle rod a week ago.

I have used TUC an thorne Bros both are good rods. If you wanted it customized a little more I would go with TUC.

when I first order a thorne Bros rod I was trying to get a split grip handle an they said they couldn’t get one so I still got the walleye sweet heart and later on got a precision split grip from TUC.

I don’t understand how a TUC would be more customizable than a TB? TB has more blanks styles and essentially will make whatever you want. The sky’s the limit with both brands IMO.
