This things dense, might need the laptop instead of phone doah

What I get so far, as super simple version, I think is:

    – zebra mussels create a different type of sediment/waste
    – that sediment/waste is favorable to organisms that convert inorganic mercury to methylmercury and to small prey
    – increased small prey in higher methylmercury production area eventually works its way through food chain to fish

How often do you get an eye exam? Maybe I’m in the minority but I do not get regular eye exams. Perhaps those with poor vision (i.e. those with glasses/contacts/lasik) do which would make sense.

I have contacts/glasses so every year or two.

My optometrist has me do a color test every exam. I had no idea it wasn’t standard thing to do. Seems weird not to do it, it takes like 30 seconds of flipping though some cards.

O-Light looks to me like the yeti cooler of flashlights.

The $10 Olight keychain ones are pretty good. I have a ton of them because OpticsPlanet (or some place like that) was adding them to orders for free. Still on the original one, after a few years and a few times through the wash, with a drawer full in reserve lol

Fenix PD35R uses 18650 or 2x cr123. I’ve had an older Fenix forever and they’re pretty bulletproof.

All those ads on TV for RX drugs that we see all day every day that have a disclaimer about the side effects at the bottom of the screen. But have you ever seen a disclaimer in an ad for side effects of a government mandated vaccine that they are still trying to sell us?

Not sure you know what “mandated” means but the first two commercials I looked up list side effects…

I’m a much happier person knowing my tax dollars will be putting diesel into deportation buses…instead of paying for gender-reassignment surgeries for felons in prison.

I’m curious to hear what effect you think this election will have on the 8th amendment and how courts interpret it.

Let’s look at the case of Adree Edmo for example who sued the Idaho Department of Corrections for gender reassignment surgery. It was first ruled that the surgery be provided in 2018, appealed, and then upheld in 2019. The Supreme Court denied a review of the ruling. The surgery was performed in July 2020. Do you remember who was president during all the times listed here?

It’s odd to me that this legal battle was necessary when it’s supposedly so common? I think the only thing that will change is that you’ll stop getting blasted by propaganda telling you what a big problem is.

I hope our new administration absolutely hammers companies that commit these crimes.

Good luck with that, the federal fines are a joke and even this MN “record” fine is a joke relative to Smithfield’s profits. There were a couple bills introduced (H.R.2956, H.R.2388) to raise the fed fines that went to the Committee on Education and the Workforce to die. Look up who runs that committee sometime… coffee

I am a pretty big believer in 2 3/4” copper plated 6s. Usually I carry a 20ga but will take the 12 pretty much all of December – that’s when I break out the 3” 4s as my last few shots.

WPAs get blackcloud 4s all season.

Kent 3″ bismuth 5s with an IC choke. Kind of overkill, have to be a little careful about ones jumping at your feet and give them a second but never really had a problem.

Good information. To make it a little more complicated though I believe that the battery management system only does cell balancing at full charge so you should probably fully charge occasionally still. Storing them fully charged and hot is one of the toughest things though and something that could happen a lot in a boat.

So what would happen if you skip the local stuff and not vote for school board ect?

Those are just majority of votes cast. The only question that matters if you skip it is the lottery funds one because it’s a constitutional amendment, a blank is a “no” vote.

I hear you guys on the uncontested judges thing. I’m not familiar with how all that works. I would guess its mandated that they run in a public election, but it does seem pretty useless given they will win the position if there’s no one to run against too, so why even have it to begin with.

Apparently up to 40% of the country voted before today.

Judges are technically an elected position but are mostly appointed to vacancies. Generally that means the incumbents are qualified people who were appointed to the position and then the challengers on ballot are whatever nutjob wants to throw their name on.

I don’t think heat is an issue with a fiberglass topper. I had to bring my last dog to work in the spring, and leave him in truck, to get through the puppy phase and had a little bluetooth temp monitor to keep an eye on things. You have 70mph wind blowing past the windows while you’re driving so it’s not going to get much above ambient. And when you stop to eat or do something being in the back under a topper is a lot cooler than in the cab.

Reef thanks! That’s not bad at all. Does that happen to have the heated glass too for defrosting? Im guessing not.

No, nothing fancy, no heater and manual slider. Mine didn’t have defroster before either so I didn’t check on that.

I do have the front slider but unfortunately when I ordered my truck during covid the package wasnt available or was discontinued after I ordered it so I dont have a sliding back window on my truck which sucks.

My truck didn’t have one either and I just paid out of pocket for a mobile glass repair place to come replace it and it was only $458 but that was in 2018. Even if your truck doesn’t have one I still think it helps with airflow to open it on the topper, usually I just do that and don’t even use the truck one much.

The side windows that flip up and have sliders in them are about the only requirement for me. A slider in front window is nice for more airflow but not really necessary.

I also like the Dee Zee bed mats. They’re really heavy duty rubber. Saves your knees and stuff won’t slide around easily on them.
