Hi Tom. I am getting conflicting information regarding trying to charge a lithium battery with a conventional Vexilar charger. Vexilar says this is OK as long as you disconnect once the battery is charged (don’t leave it on the charger for a long time). According to your post, you do not recommend this?

Vexilar sells their new lithium battery with the same V410 charger that is used for regular lead batteries.
