Fishing has been a bit of a struggle in the north end of Green Bay for the past couple weeks. Fished out of Marinette last week and covered lots of Water from MM, Green Island, Pensaukee with Cats and Whitefish but no Walleyes and very little showing up on sonar ( 2 D as well as side scan) A week or 2 of the cold weather will bring them in in numbers into Little bay deNoc.

I have a ZX2050 and run Lake Michigan/Green Bay with no issues at all in the rough stuff. (real 4-6 footers)

I looked very closely at them and find the shaft way too flexible for any serious use when extended. NEVER would consider it with a 10 pound fish of any kind.
Plastic net is difficult to move while in the water.

I would venture to Guess that the driving force of people supporting this DO NOT live in wolf Country and have no idea what reality is.

I use a single head unit attached to a 1lb. cylinder.
I carved up a piece of high density closed cell foam to
lock it into a small storage/step area between the windshield walk through area. Also made a Lexan wind block for the area below the swinging portion of the windshield. Cozy on those late nights in the fall.

I have 2. 1 12 ga. with 26″ Barrel and 1 20 ga with 24″ Barrel.
LOVE EM BOTH !!! ~ 1000 rounds through the 12 ga (all hunting) no issues. Had a SBE and sold it. Too heavy and did not need 3-1/2″.
I really enjoy the lighter gun and MUCH less recoil.

I had a bad filter this spring. Turns out that the rubber seal area was bent slightly (probably in shipping)It was sucking air and would not prime. I Bypassed the filter to get by for the weekend. When I got home , I placed the filter on the table and noticed when
I picked it up, the wet ring from the oiled seal area only left a ring on ~ 3/4 of the ring. (Took back to where I bought it and they replaced it)

I run a 8″ on mine for performance and to get the motor up and away from the many rocks we have over here on Little Bay DeNoc. Seems to help the ride in rough water too!
