Got this with the little guy this weekend. Needed one for the freezer. He enjoyed help cutting up the deer.

Ive liked baseball adjustment with the pitch clock and even the shift is fine. But the golden batter seems a bit to far.

Our taxes went up 21 perecent last year and the town we live in is the main culprit. We live in a town that does not even have a grocery store but we have full time cops and a drug dog. I pay more on my EMV 248,000 1/2 acre lot in stearns county homestead then 240 acres Zoned Rec in Todd county. This year taxes did not go up.

I’ve been rocking lacrosse alphburlys 1600g thinsulate tall rubber boots. Same for me love them for ice fishing or long cold sits when deer hunting. They are nice and warm.

For things like Pheasant hunting or more walking I prefer my old Muck artic pro’s as they are lighter and easier to walk in.

I think the big thing was I missed calculated how far it was I thought the shot was 125. Also the powder sounded different so do not know if it had gotten wet. Oh well will keep after it.

Was out Saturday night and sunday Morning and night. Saturday Night and Morning were very cold. Missed a nice buck at around 160 yards wit my muzzle loader in some brush. Will be out the next couple weeks. A little tight with my sons basketball on the weekends. Saw quite a few deer wednesday.

Make sure those rocks are big enough to ding up a prop. If I was not going out muzzle loading it would be tempting to drive to Devils lake.

Gun safety is the big thing. Even when I am out hunting with me I explain what I am doing and why I am doing it. and beating into his head. Every chance I get preaching safety. I allow him to handle the gun.

My son is 8 and he wanted to turkey hunt had him shoot the 410 and 20 gauge but when it came to pulling the trigger on a turkey he was not ready. We gave him multiple chances but he was not ready. I learned in this incident was not to push him. Now he wants to shoot my muzzle loader he says he is ready.

Working dogs such as cattle dogs and other dogs that spend their time outside. You house dog guys seem pretty touchy about this subject. Never called any dogs soft. Each person choses what they want their dog to be and fits their families needs. Its part of the reason I do not have a dog now because I know my neigh boors would call me in for leaving my dog outside overnight.

Also should call you in for cruel treatment of an animal making them drink miller lite.

Grew up with Labs and they never spent a day inside. Had a kennel and a dog house. During they day they were out on the two acres. We would try hay or blankets in the winter and they would kick them out. These dog’s were the best hunting dogs. Dogs lived and survived outside long before we moved them inside our house.

If you want a dog for a pet hen treat them like a pet. If you want a working dog then treat them like a working dog.

Before I get attacked for this our dogs were well taken care of and loved. Our dogs always out performed any dog that lived inside.

I better be careful then I have a 2012 dodge Ram 1500 with 200,000 thousands miles and have had little trouble with it. I purchased a Ice castle three years ago and have had no problems with that.

My wife wanted a heavy rod for casting for northerns we paired that with a piscifun purple Carbon X. Reel has been really good. Nice drag to fight bigger fish. I would definitely get another one.

I have a vast selection of stuff and the two things I appreciate the most and our easy to overlook is an otter sled and on of the small battery packs that can jump a car, a nice tow strap. just some ideas.

Centracare here in St Cloud required it for employees and a ton refused and left or were fired. THey are so short staffed in certain areas now.

I used to work for them and had to get 2 vaccines. The side effects were like a really bad hangover. I actually went home sick one day. Nurses and other staff left in droves and took other jobs. They actually called in the national Guard. Centra Care uppers were seen on Walz daily updates.

I have since left in the last six months and couldn’t be happier. I have noticed a lot of changes as they get bigger and are no longer the same company I signed with a decade ago.

captain Musky what part of lake of the woods do you fish? I had an older lowrance with a lake master chip that showed more detailed maps then the newer bird. Really like those old lake master chips.

For you that are voting in Stearns county it is for a new county Jail not a prison. The jail was built in 1985 and either way we are getting a new jail. If you vote yes it will be a small sail tax increase. Otherwise if it does not pass the burden will fall on the land taxes.
