I think the main part of this law is to give another check mark when applying charges. Distracted driving is already a charge. If they can prove at the time that you killed someone you were texting they can add more charges.

Similar to the just passed LRT driver law.

Plus it gives politicians something to put in their “look what I did” column.

I am surprised…not really… how no one has been talking about how this law is unfair to poor people. They typically drive older cars without this technology in it and most likely can’t afford to retro fit their cars. But it is really all about the politics anyway.

I had access to or owned a place on Big Sandy Lake for 20+ years. It was just under 3 hours which was nice Any longer and every weekend is pushing it for us.

The area has everything to offer. 40 mnin to Rapids or Aitkin. ATV and hiking trails nearby. On the big lake with 4+ places to eat, get gad, etc. Plus you are close to many smaller lakes. 1 hr to the north end of Mille Lacs.

ELy area is great but not a weekend place f you are in the cities in my book.

We would never own two homes again.

Low maintenance like hunting land with trailer maybe. But then again your money is spent 365 and you only use a few times.

As suggested, pull the spark plug and clean it (is it wet)( do you have spark), pull air box cover and look for mice nest, then try to see if will run with a shot of ether in the carb.

I had terrible luck with Dan’s. They worked on my Merc-Cruiser and they are not certified to do so. So that may have something to do with it.

I switched to Great American Marine in Bloomington and they have been great!
They list Yamaha as one of the brands they service.

I have also noticed a drop but assumed it was using my remote start and being in auto-4×4 most of the time.

And when did the 6.5′ become standard?!

Back when men were men the 8ft was standard. 6.5′ was short anything smaller wasn’t even talked about!

    rant over.

I had a crew cabw/8ft GMC 2500HD. Loved that truck. But lots of $ to just drive me around once the kids grew up.

I had to look for 4 months to find an 2013 RAM ext cab 6.6ft box in the right trim package. Seems the more bells and whistles the shorter the box on the truck.

Belzer had the truck sitting on the lot for 8 months. This was in 2015.

It took my son 4 months to find his 2013 F150 full crew cab with 6.5′ box. He found it out in Morris, MN. Farmer truck trade in.

I have several .22 Semi. The Ruger Mark ll SS target competion is the best shooter, everyone who shoots it loves it.

The Ruger SR 22 is also great. Super fun to shoot. Not as accurate due to much smaller barrel.

I had a Browning Buckmark that was nice as well. It was between the other two in barrel size so it was not used much. Also I did not like that it was designed to not be taken down to clean. Not what I learned in boot camp. I like to take them down and clean them very well after every outing.
