    King Sailfish Mounts of Florida.
Just did a bass for me $270.00, three weeks plus freight.
    It’s nice.

I just watched it, it is a great show.
My wife, Diana, and I are trying to make it there this spring close to ice out.
We have fished the river, a few years ago, below the lake and caught some very nice Brookies.
We fished Fort Peck Reservoir in Montana and Basswood in MN this past September and caught some nice, up to 38″, pike at Fort Peck and a giant 23″ x 16 1/2″ smallie at Basswood.
We’re also thinking of the Black Bay area of Lake Superior, for pike, since Gord Ellis did an article on that area.
I would attach some photo’s but I can’t figure that out yet.

Thanks to all for your help!!
I got so confused I decided to call Mercury Customer Support. Here is what I was told to buy.
9.3 Dia. – 9.5 pitch, four blade aluminum Mercury Spitfire. I was also told that optimum performance could be had if the cavitation plate was flush with the bottom of the boat, no more than 2″ longer than the bottom of the boat.
I’m glad I waited to make the purchase since Santa brought BPS Gift Cards.

    That’s a note worthy trip!
My wife, Diana, and I fished the Nipigon River last fall for the beautiful Brookies and had a blast.
We drove around lake Nipigon one day and decided we would be back.
There is a guide service in the area with a sizable boat that charters for multiple days and tow’s smaller boats along out to the islands. I believe The Lidners did a show of this type a couple years ago.
    It’s on our bucket list!
We’ve also fished the area around Quetico and have enjoyed great success.
Keep up the posts as I’ve truly enjoyed reading them.

    Ron
