Here are some answers for you. There were 4 guys in the boat. There were not drunk just tired. One was fishing the others were sleeping at the time of the incident. Yes the plug was in and was still in when it was pulled out. Still don’t know why the boat sunk. They are still awaiting the answers from the insurance company and Smokercraft. The Lakes Gas truck was the owners friend who was called out to help recover the boat in the morning with the 4 guys. The boat is a 2004 20′ Smokercraft with outboard 90 Mercrusier engine. They think the hull may have filled from the live wells posible a broken or loose hose. Hopefully this answers some of your questions.
