All, The picture Ben posted is from me and we have 3 bucks around the same size on our club property. We have 2,000 acres of soy beans, sod, and hardwoods and we only have 4 members with trail cameras so there really is no telling how many are there. Here is the problem. We have a 4 month hunting season in NC (Sep to Jan 2nd) and our club has a you shoot it you mount it policy. I have shot a couple dandy’s in NC and WI. Although I agree it’s a great deer we haven’t reached the rut yet so I haven’t had a chance to see them get all “wacky” and running all over the place. I saw this deer at 405 yards this weekend and he was hot on the heals of does so I didn’t get a chance to let him meet his maker. I’m sure I will get my chance again.
