I am a hockey fan but never played the game. sure didn’t realize they were that sharp. Wasn’t there also an official this weekend that got a skate to the head. It was not nearly as bad as this one but he got the ice bloody. sure hope that everyone is alright.

YA MIGHT BE A REDNECK IF…March 23, 2007 at 3:39 am #552354I agree Gabby is looking good and that he could injure himself agagin, but do you sit him? I don’t think so. He and Demitra are cookin right now and the rest of the team is feeding off of it. Lets not forget the great goaltending that is happening in Manny’s absence. Playoff here we come.
March 12, 2007 at 5:28 pm #5478611. I am for the bill. We use two in the winter and on border waters. I think that this will allow anglers to focus in on what fish want faster. For example if you are jigging walleyes you may have live bait on one line and plastics on the other. If they are hitting one more than the other then you know what you need to present them.
2. No I do not. poachers don’t care about laws, so they wouldn’t know the difference.
3. Yes I would. I use two in the winter and on border waters. If the fishing gets fast and furious you only use one line because you cannot keep up. I think that most people are responsible fisherpersons and know what they can handle.
March 7, 2007 at 6:44 pm #545992I think that the whole staff here at IDA deserves a huge pat on the back for their great work to keep up this site and allow us users the use of it . If that makes any sense? The staff is excellent at addressing issues with concern and speed. Just want to say Great job and thank you for your hard work. This site has really helped me with planning trips and has saved me time and effort in catching more fish. This is a very important tool in my fishing arsenal. Once again great job and please keep up the good work as we all know you do.
March 4, 2007 at 2:05 am #29628I have seen a few along side of the roads and in the ditches eating the tall weeds. It is good to see them. I think that they will be just fine.

March 4, 2007 at 1:54 am #544353I think that SCSU will do better in the playoffs than the gophers. Sorry but the gophers don’t look too impressive to me. I think that they will be jinxed in the playoffs. just my 2 cents
February 15, 2007 at 2:03 am #537099I agree with most of what you all are saying. The one thing that really gets me is the Twins paying Hunter all that money in the first place. They should have not signed the average hitting occasional good catch and miss, outfielder. He make good catches but so do a lot of other outfielders not getting payed as much or be hurt as much. Just my 2 cents
February 5, 2007 at 4:30 am #532711I disagree. Next year Favre will have Randy Moss to throw the ball to and Grossman will still be Grossman. Chicago doesn’t have what it takes to win the Superbowl and I think that the picks the Packers will get in the draft they will have better talent next year.
January 3, 2007 at 11:04 pm #518100WOW! I would have been ginning over the 22 and then for the next cast to be a 23.5 I think I would have fallen over. Great fish. Glad to see you let her go. Congrats
December 27, 2006 at 3:10 am #515413Good luck and have a speedy recovery. Hope all goes great and your pulling in lunkers soon.

November 30, 2006 at 2:16 am #504998maybe it will knock some sense into him and this is the time of miracles so maybe he will be able to catch now. He could always wish to Santa for better hands. I guess that would be next to impossible.
November 23, 2006 at 4:05 am #502639thats what it is all about. Congrats on a nice first fish and I am sure you will get plenty more, some larger and some smaller but all will be great. Nice job.
November 21, 2006 at 12:39 am #501534WOW! That is a great picture. I would not like to run in with that bird. Who is the dominant predator now?
November 20, 2006 at 2:05 am #501134I hunt the st cloud hunt as well and would be ticked to have this happen to me. I hope that you find your stand and i will keep an eye and ear open for any info to this. I have heard of many people me included leaving their stands out. this is the first time i have heard of one beeing stolen. To think that a fellow hunter could do this make me sick. sorry for your loss.

March 24, 2006 at 10:57 pm #433122I have one and it is the smoothest of my reels.I really don’t know what the bearings are made of or what the other ones are made of, but it is smoother than any of my other abu’s.
March 24, 2006 at 10:53 pm #433121We were up ther last weekend and the river opened up very fast. Fishing was O.K. ,but the big ones weren’t i yet. I bet this weekend is awesome. The ramp at Birchdale is plowed open now. They are taking small boats out at Fronteir. The river just opened past Fronteir yesterday I think. There is not much ice on the river and what is is bad ice, so it will continue to open quickly. Back to fishing, last weekend the afternoon was better than the morning. We caught many eater fish and only one large one, a 28 incher. Like I said before I am sure this weekend they will get into the big ones and I hope that whoever goes up there does catch some.
March 12, 2006 at 3:18 pm #429187I first heard of it when a buddy of mine and I fished the river and stopped into EVERETS resort. They had bumpere stickers and stuff like that so when we got home we logged on and have been hooked ever since. Now I tell other fisher people about this great site and all the info you can get from here. Keep up the good work everybody it is a priceless site for fishing info.
February 22, 2006 at 12:31 pm #423086That sure is a dandy. Are you fishing this week-end? Hope you do and good luck to all that are. Nice catch.
