    why? B/C all the woodducks or B/C the duck in lodge and you guys don’t hunt a lot if any at night? gotta know when to zip the lips buddy old pal.
    thanks for the new hunting spot up the Wisconsin and out by the old railroad bridge.

    That is sweat Tom. That is one thing I would like to shoot, but I was hoping to do it with my bow. From your story I better get me a 300 yard pin on that bow though.

    Not many ducks around to my knowledge. Not sure about the fishing, but I know the water is suppose to jump up to 11 feet by early next week, so I would suppose it is on the rise and the fishing might be slowed.

    Shot a few this year so far. Guess last weekend while duck hunting we shot 4. Haven’t set up for them yet, but I found that staying active and moving works really well to.

    All I can say is unreal ! I don’t care for the price so much, but for geese it is the ticket. I don’t think it is worth the money to buy it for ducks in my opinion.

    I think everyone pretty much has your location figured out on just what you wrote. You said you married into the family land, which means that you are hunting with the McCoy family I would guess. If you live in that town or are from the area you know where I am talking about. Don’t want to give out to much info, cause I would like to test it out first. Is it better in the morning or at night?

    i like to cut mine in 1/4″ strips, roll in flower and seasonings then fry in butter. better cold i think….
