Bite windows have been short but we’ve been finding a few willing to play, during moon.

    Yes, love the cat bite!!

Same as what Mike said above, cutbait on seams. If you don’t get bit in 20 minutes, make adjustments. Those fish hit like a ton of bricks. Most of my action has been taking place at dark or after. Water flow and clarity played a big part of that a few weeks ago. Excited to get out after this rain, hopefully they’ll be eating a little earlier in the day.

Would rather drive to the Artic Circle than anywhere in or around Minneapolis.

Go to Martin Lake, fish off the outlet…use 1 rod and make sure you have a fishing license.

H2 in Big Lake has been great. They get all my business after my first visit. Honest and they do fantastic work.

Best trip I’ve been on, hands down. Cruise was fantastic, great food and views from the ship, breathtaking!!

Fished out of Talkeetna, jet boat on the river. Words can’t do it justice. 1st time in my life I set the rod down and couldn’t catch anymore fish. Sore and literally bruised from fighting fish. Once in a lifetime trip…I hope to do again.

Bring good rain gear, everywhere you go, just in case. You’ll most like need it.

Got on the water yesterday. 35 degrees and fresh snow sure made for a beautiful day on the river.

We’ve been getting a mix of suckers and cats. Find a current break and you’ll get action. Last night was beautiful on the river and my wife got her 1st kitty.

Ace makes a spinner very similar and I believe Thorne has them.

Also, check out Lil’ Hustler, they make a sweet spinner too👍

I’ve been really happy with Lil’ Hustler.

Mount ram balls on the floor, just inside of the gunnel. You can put a few ram arms and rod holders that can be interchangeable. I did this on my jet boat and it’s working great 👍

Love my Brinkmann! Had it for years. Great in the boat, on road trips. Runs on 1lb tanks and packs up for travel in the boat or truck. Good all around grill for smaller meal plans, brats, burgers, pheasant and steaks.

You know it’s spring when: the pee jug in the garage thaws.

Gah! After my late husband passed I was organizing some things in the garage and I found random jugs of what didn’t look like was on the label. I made the huge mistake of uncapping one to have a whiff…. BAD IDEA! 🤮 Yeah those were pee jugs I didn’t know about. I figured he had just been peeing out in the yard! 🤷🤣

    Ish🤢🤮
