    Caught and released 24″ 6lb 6oz pool 4 fishing with the pastor of our local church, figured he was a reliable witness. Enjoy she’s still out there!

    I sacrificed a rod holder. I cut the post off and drilled a hole thru it to bolt it to my reel mountso it fits in my rod holder base. I can rotate them out when I need them.

    There was no special reason they just stated that they are shuttling every one up the the overflow parking first. So getting there at 5:30 was a wast of time. I was so pissed I took my truck over to the back channel public launch to retrieve my boat. 40 years using Everts is officially over for me. Bait at 4 seasons and the public launch from here on out.

    Prescott turns on about two weeks after the ice goes out on the Croix. That’s my rule of thumb and has held pretty consistant over the years.

You know if they made it affordable for me to even think about taking my 3 boys wife and to the game I might have gone but I can’t afford $450.00 for tickets, parking and food just to go to one game. I heard on the radio this morning some blow head talking saying “it’s not just about money, It’s the memories of going to the game” Bull [censored]! It’s getting to be a game for the rich and wealthy sucking off the tit of the middle class. It’s a business and they should treat it as such and quit asking everyone to pay for it. I’ll just keep taking my kids fishing….now those are memories. And I didn’t ask for a handout to buy my boat.

    I bought a Terrova last year and love it. I was thinking of buing a second one just incase they stopped making them LOL. I only use the remot and have yet to run it with the foot peddal. They are awesome.

    I went out ice fishing this weekend at Oak lake. I bought 6 shiners and a peperoni pizza just in case I got skunked. Caught 7 bass and a northern (snake). Had to recycle 2 of my minnows, LOL.

    Where is West Point located? I haven’t been there yet. But yes the prime rib at the shop is awesome.

    It’s good to hear there is something in the lake. I have been out there a couple times now and only caught a couple hammer handles.
