Randle is not the problem even tho many assume. Defense is the problem and has been for 18 games. It’s on Finchy to figure it out.

    Have a good Thanksgiving yall

Ice is coming early for most of us in SE anyway! BOUT FKN TIME!

I won’t even watch this with my pirate eye patch. Mike is a legend but this is just a paycheck for him. No chance for a 58 year old Mike to take out Jake. Prove me wrong

How could one prove you wrong ? Seems like a odd thing to say.

Mike is not going to beat Jake unless it has been predetermined. What’s odd about that? The youtuber is actually pretty good and takes it serious.

Wolves are in the Nuggets head! It’s a game of runs and they went on a 10 zero run to get the dub.

Great win, now they just need to figure out how to stop Dallas

Kyrie was just as much a killer. Quite the combo.

Yes he was. I keep thinking time will slow him down eventually but he is timeless. He is a weird guy but I bet he is an amazing teammate. The wolves are built to beat Dallas and this time it was self inflicted. You just have to hope one of those guys has an off night.

Is there a bigger player you love to hate than Luka? The dude cries and throws tantrums all game but will then absolutely bury you in the final minutes…

I don’t hate the chubby kid, but just marvel at how clutch he is, it’s really impressive . I hope Ant can be on his level some day. It’s coming!

All I gotta say is Luka is a killer like no other…..just wow! Got to love this physical of a game but they shot themselves in the foot with 20 turnovers. Notes taken hopefully?

if you are near go to the ice show in st. paul. you won’t find a better deal anywhere else maybe Reeds in Garrison? never heard of the brands you listed other than Stryker and I got the set 7 years ago for around $200 at the ice show.

looked like they got bored at times especially in the second half. should have won by 20 plus if they tried. couple more weeks to work out any issues that may arise. this might be one of the deepest rosters I can remember and I been watching since 89. it will be fun once they play some of the big dogs and the West is loaded this year.

They said that Bronny was thrown in the game to get the media off their back about it so this did not become some distraction. As far as Dillingham, he will get minutes once Finchy feels he is ready. Finch has never had a history of giving his rookies much playing time. This is a super deep roster by NBA standards so not really unexpected. Maybe if they get some comfortable leads, we will see more of the other guys. Good win last night and a nice bounce back by Randle. Not bad to be able to throw in 30 plus in your 2nd game with a new team. If they are 15-5 or 14-6 after 20 games, I consider that a great start.

Ha I did too! Way too late for my old A$$ I guess? The whole team looked like trash. I imagine it will take a few weeks together to see how the pieces fit. I did see Big Ru restructured his contract last night and freed up $16 mill for next season, probably to extend Naz?

Next up Sacramento and another late one sad

I was the only idiot who went out of Roschen solo today. Holy hannah was it rough out there! Getting out was ok but I knew it would be a battle getting loaded but everything worked out thankfully. Wind was coming hard straight up the lake so I stuck to the MN side and got almost all my fish before noon. 2 smaller eyes and then some solid sheep to get the drag going. Went back through deer island and that was next to impossible to fish but did land an 8 pound cat and a striper so I consider that a win. All fish came on blades or glide baits. Next Monday I will be in the river I am thinking? It’s way too nice out there for this late into October. I think this may be the new normal and fishing into November with shorts and a t shirt might not be that crazy? I’m keeping the boat ready until Thanksgiving like the last few years as I don’t trust the weather.

Is Colvill still a pain to get to with the construction if anyone tried?

end of the month here on P4 should be primetime but the lack of flow will likely impact the amount of fish moving up river. i am hoping for quality over quantity this fall but who knows? i will definitely be going big on all my baits unless i am vertical and then going with what the current brings.

are water levels fairly normal or pretty low for this time of year? going out a couple times this weekend and want to be prepared.

I watched while babysitting my loopy wisdom tooth patient son today. Serious question… is 25” a big walleye for northern Manitoba? And if so, why is that? Seems like the pike and lakers grow larger up there so I’m surprised. Was confused by their excitement as I just assumed their <strong class=”ido-tag-strong”>walleye size was at least as good as down here.

that’s a good question but a 25″ eye is big anywhere in the midwest to Canada IMO. Is it a trophy caliber fish…..not really. I don’t know about Manitoba in general but the trophy walleye lakes in Canada are tied to river systems like Winnipeg and Tobin off the top of my head.

Simple. Akers knows the playbook. His indoctrination time can be short.

    And this !

Akers is an excellent pass protector. In 85 career snaps in pass pro, he has allowed only five QB pressures and in his highest usage season (2022), he graded 73.9 by PFF in pass blocking, fourth best among RBs with more than 30 blocking snaps.

not bad for a guy with 2 blown Achilles! might be the only player to recover from what is considered a career ender?

I’m wondering what Aaron Jones’ injury is? I know they say hip, but what does that mean?

I read today its a hamstring strain. how bad? bad enough they traded for Akers which could mean nothing or a depth move if AJ misses a few games. Ty has a nice opportunity to prove he can handle the backfield if AJ misses any time. We will know more by friday as the mid week practice reports are pretty much garbage. If a guy goes out to stretch, he is limited. I got a feeling AJ will miss some time because of his age and past injuries but they will play it smart with him no doubt.

My go to river confidence baits are the biggest blade baits or #7 jigging raps. Ripping hair jigs has grown on me the last few years tho but river conditions change so much and you need to adapt.

still a couple weeks out and I never thought I would be watching pre season basketball in 3 decades but here I am! I assume it will take some time for these guys to play together but it will be fun to watch it transpire. I am most excited not to see Karl’s constant complaining.

this was a great deal by TC and he has earned every penny since he was hired by Arod’s group. making trades in todays NBA is crazy! not only do they need to match salaries but there are so many implications with teams in the second apron of the tax. it took a week to crunch all the numbers to make this trade official due to all the money changing places. I did not think a GM was worth the extra cash they gave him but man was I wrong. it would be nice to get the ownership resolution resolved before the season but highly unlikely at this point?

I downloaded some app that tells you peak times. the dam thing went off 3 times last night and i got no sleep. you def see them pop on a cell phone for some reason? pretty cool but i seen some sunsets along P4 that rival any northern lights.

There is a detour to get in to covill. It is a PITA and you have to drive through a long amount of torn up roads and the dust is terrible. Today I went to Lake City instead of going through that crap again.

Had a buddy that said it looked like the road into the colvill access was closed a week or two ago for construction,
anyone been at it lately to see if it’s opened back up? Thanks!

Now this is almost better than a fishing report…….Thank you.

I think in the end they realized what was obvious and that Kat is not a championship caliber player. Jimmy knew it and got the hell out. He may be a self proclaimed best long distance shooter but that don’t win Larry O’Briens. He don’t have that dog in him like you see with Ant, Conley and even Naz. I like that TC doesn’t care and worries about business decisions only. Too many players in MN get the MN nice treatment but nice don’t win you $hit.
