I have an older Alumacraft Backtroller that looks identical to your boat except for the fact I have an after market console added into mine. I’ve been toying with the idea of doing something like this to my boat. I discovered a couple of soft spots in the floor last year and would love to enlarge the front deck a bit and add some additional storage and lighting. How much did your project cost roughly?

I’m not sure where your located but did you have any issues doing that over the winter? Did you have a heated workspace to do this in? I live in Wisconsin and would have to do this in an unheated garage.
