I vacuum seal my fresh brats and Sous Vide at 160 for 1.5 to 2 hours. Then I throw on hot grill to get the appearance how I want. Best Brats EVER in my opinion.

Just a quick report. The wind made it difficult to say the least. Near perfect weather leading up to my trip, then during my trip there was effectively one good weather day. We made the most of the trip and still had a great time.

I picked a spot on the map around 16 mile reef. Dropped the downriggers with a Salmo freediver 9 on the end of the line. I had just installed a new livescope on the rear of the boat and was excited to see what I could see looking back and was not disappointed. I could easily see the ball, release, and crankbait. It was interesting watching the fish smack the lure as soon as you went over them, clearly an instinct bite. I would estimate we caught 60 fish in 6 hours. We had 3 in the protected slot 23, 23, 25. 6 that were eaters between 16-19 and lots and lots below 16″. Overall it was a fantastic trip even with the wind. We already booked a week for next year.

They gave a ballpark of $200-$300 so I would say that is pretty fair.

Trying to locate info on whether this passed or not seems difficult. Anybody have any idea? I have tried several Google searches and end up going in circles.

Last I heard they were at low 70’s for boat count. That was a couple weeks ago.

I have an Atlas Hydraulic one on my 621 FS Pro with blinker switch. I feel the plate was mounted too high on mine as I pretty much have to run mine at the bottom of the travel. That being said, that saved my a$$ when my trim motor died. I was able to raise of the Jackplate all the way so I could get home…… It was a bit of a pucker factor drive from Colville home with the skag 6″ off the ground. I dropped my hitch as far as it would go and made it home without damage.

And before it is suggested….. yes I know there is a manual release to trim the motor, unfortunately I cannot lift a 300HP motor by hand. I did however use a floor jack to do this once I was home. So I will vote for the Jackplate )

I have only had one with it and like it. The other advantage is mice will not eat the spray foam so it seems to keep them out for the most part.

I have not noticed any change in cooling ability. My house is an 8×17 and is Black so it gets warm. I have had it for the summer season and have no complaints at all.

Not particularly an answer to the original question but I installed a micro start in my AC unit on my ice castle RV edition, now i run my whole house with a 2200 watt honda generator. Typically never goes out of eco mode.

I purchased a heavy duty 3 wheel dolley. I put the trailer jack wheel inside the “bowl” of the dolley and it moves around with ease. I got it from Mcmaster.com and it is PN# 2745T12 . I can move the tongue on my 619 around with ease now. This makes it so its easy to move regardless of what angle or how sloppy the trailer jack is.
