What a sad and uninformed comment. I guess better parking for the rest of us. Big cities have lots of people, hence more issues than places outside the 494/694 loop. But tossing lob shots on the internet at places hundreds of thousands visit every year is weak. But go on man if it makes ya laugh. I walk my dog, eat with my family, and fish around these lakes every week. Lock your doors and watch your own bobber.

Actually got to go on it three times late 90’s early 00’s. Nueltin lake lodge, Nueltin Narrows outcamp. Lake trout, pike, grayling. Great food, great friends, great camp management. I was young and would love to do it again, but it’s closed and up for sale maybe. Some great times with some of my favorite people. We’ve lost a couple of the older guys from that group but man those trips were so important to me. Would do about anything to go one more time

The city parks close at 10. This includes the frozen lakes. I’ve never had a problem staying past 10 up to midnight, never tried to stay overnight but those are the rules I guess. The parkway parking also closes in some spots.

Right, been fishing these lakes hard for 8-10 years. Finally found a big girl, sharing for laughs is all. Was very exciting and satisfying. Good luck out there

Got a Minneapolis chain of lakes personal best walleye on Thursday evening. 26 1/2” pretty exciting.

Give it one more try here. Reached out all over the neighborhood, bait shop, even walked out on the lake a couple times when I saw houses close to where I found it. Anyone hear anything? Thanks.

Yeah, it’s definitely picked up the last 5 years or so. But, don’t tell anyone, the fishing can be pretty good. I sent an email to Diamond Lake Hardware, closest bait shop, hopefully find the owner. But was talking with my buddy. We were wear of the rose garden and found the auger between us and the band shell. Didn’t see anybody fishing between us and bandshell
