Growing up in Minnesota, fishing has been a passion year round.  I grew up fishing lakes of Southern Minnesota primarily focusing on bass, walleyes, and hard water.  As time passed, mobility did too.  I constantly challenged myself to fish different species and learn new bodies of water with ever changing structure.  This experience has expanded my knowledge of fishing techniques and how to utilize technology to improve the bite.  I have fished the major fisheries in MN, northern WI, and Devils Lake in North Dakota in pursuit of muskies, walleyes, large and smallmouth bass, along with crappies and other panfish.  My only regret the past few years, is that college and athletics have impacted my time on the water.  With that now, in the rearview mirror, I am excited to have more time to get back on the water.

“The great thing about fishing is it is never the same.  That is why it is the most challenging sport I have ever experienced and why I have such a passion for it.  I am forever looking to find a new technique and learn how to become an even better fisherman.”  When I am not on the water fishing, I love sharing experiences and learning from others.  While fishing is undoubtedly my #1 passion, I find time in the fall to hunt.  My hunting interests range from gamebirds – pheasants, duck, geese to trophy whitetails.  If you are an outdoor enthusiast, I would love to hear from you.
