The picture of my bird was from the taxidermist before I picked it up. He had a dead mount of a Common Eider Duck on the wall. I was very happy with the attention to detail, listening to what I wanted in the mount and they made recommendations on what would look best to show off the long tail of my bird. Give them a call and speak with them about what you are looking to do with your bird. Also, they have a website with a variety of their work.

The closeness to the rear tires doesn’t affect much of any to coverage. Properly adjusted to the tongue weight if trailer and I believe the coverage is just as good if not better than Towtector. What drive me crazy about Towtector is wet gravel road slime, snow, mud would collect on the brushes. This setup is heavy rubber, swift kick and the grit falls off.

Have you looked at the Rockstar Towflap? I had a Towtector for many years with my 2011 Chev Silverado. Loved them but bought a new 2021 Silverado with dual exhaust so needed something different. Did a lot of research and ended up purchasing the Rockstar Towflap and couldn’t be happier. Love that it’s easy on/off but the best part is that it sit under rear quarter panels so no more banging shins, knees, etc on the hitch mounted towtector, rock tamer style mud flaps.

    Pass0047,
What year Silverado and model you looking for seat covers for? I recently traded my 2011 Silverado Extended cab with buckets in. I can’t think of the make of the seat covers I had but they are custom made in Max -4 Camo. Looking to get them to a good home. Let me know if your year Silverado will work or you are interested. I will shoot you a price.

Had a Ryobi with Honda for 4 years running religiously washing vehicles, trucks, boats, etc and had zero issues. Also run soap through this unit and works excellent. Any unit with a Honda motor and don’t think you can go wrong.

Thoughts and prayers to the family! It’s been a slow ice developing year and the recent temps are doing more damage than one would think even though it’s January.

Nutrena Loyall Lamb and Brown Rice for both my Labs. 14 year old is retired but 3 year old hunts 4-5 days a week during pheasant season. He gets 4 cups a day and maintains weight throughout the season.

Have 2 seasons on Camso tracks on Can Am 650 and work like a champ! Amazing the floatation and traction they have over tires. Make sure you fill the machine up prior to leaving for the morning as it makes the machine pretty thirsty with the gear reduction in track system.

B-man, thanks for the reminder. I just wrote a long email requesting to stop the auto renew for my membership in which I never received a single email regarding anything they even tried to accomplish such as bills, youth programs, proposals, etc. I was really hoping with the many fishing names that are tied to this organization that something would have been proposed or at least brought to sportsman’s attention but nothing. Would have rather spent it supporting the local family bait shop. 👍

I own 3 of the Cabela’s 3500 vests and very comfortable vest. Although I was recently stop by a warden and asked to see my life jackets. I pulled them out along with a throwable. He then asked if that is all I had as I only pulled out 2 for myself and the other in the boat. He then asked if I had any normal life jackets as he inflatable life vests don’t count as life jackets unless worn. I have never heard of this rule and he stated that it should say on the vest. I handed one over to him and it doesn’t say such a thing on them. These are type 2 vest which he said may be different. Have any others heard of this ruling? I have now thrown others life jackets but don’t want them in there for room saving.

Like others have stated… I own a Can Am Outlander 650 but I don’t think you can go wrong with either Can Am Outlander L or Yamaha Grizzly 450. Both excellent machines.

I bought a RTIC 30 a month ago as my igloo lunch cooler couldn’t hold ice until noon. I am very impressed with this cooler so far. I bought it when they were having their so called price wars. Got it for just over $100 and worth every penny!!! Yes the zipper is somewhat hard and requires two hand operation but I’m willing to put up with it if it holds ice which it does excellently!

Turn them so the screw head slot is straight up and down. They are a bleeder valve. Inspect for cracks in the body but I can see in the pic they are slightly cocked.

Hankook Dynapro ATM. Hands down the best tire I have found. Ran Bridgestone Duelers, Cooper AT2,AT3band all of them don’t compare to the Hankooks. IMO

Look at Exide dual purpose group 27s. I was all interstate until I tried these. Haven’t been disappointed.

IMO go with the white oak. Redid a bobcat trailer a while back and was very pleased with how it held up.

I have been using a pair of industrial tin snips from the place with 11% off for many years. Work great, I just sharpen the removable blades at beginning of hunting season and good to go.

CROCS! Hands down like others say. Comfortable, dry fairly quickly and quite stylish for people who don’t give a flying you know what for what others think!
