Shale!!!!I hope you get my name correct when you engrave my 1st place trophy.Im gonna be bringin in the six biggest fish youve ever laid your eyes on.I just wish they wouldnt always be sheepshead
Never owned one,a freind of mine did and I think he liked it.I think they could have utilized the floor plan on that boat a little better. They look like they will handle some serious water.
Has!!!Ill bet those big fish that you witnessed tasted great. Some people never learn, puttin the knife to a big fish is a shame .We boated 10 legals on Saturday,a ton of shorts, smallies, silvers a couple of sheepies and a bonus 40lb flathead. One legal came on jig and minnow, the rest came on plastics and rigging crawlers.
They arent made anymore, but when they work, theres none better.Let me say again.WHEN THEY WORK.

AAAHHH yes nothing like a sllllow troll along the Hudson channel in mid august pardon my gremlin
Be careful out there.A friend saw a guy buzzing up river by the Stillwater bridge this am,said he heard a loud bang and it appeared that the guy lost his lower unit on an underwater deadhead
Cabelas have several transducer brackets that may fit the bill.Lowrance and eagle have good graphs that you can mount on a bluebox in the 200$ range.
Congrates guys on the victory .JJ I think that sauger swallowed a big shad to get its shape
I checked a couple of days ago in the bayport area but it was still locked up in ice .It may be breaking up soon as the wind has come from a couple of different directions and we got some decent rain.Im getting the itch to head out there myself.Maybe someone else has checked on it today that can chime in.
Just remember that vex even though it was eons ago and Marcum were new on the scene at one time.Hummingbird has been around awhile.I havent seen one on ice yet but im sure they have been tested.
I have a lab shepard mix who tore her bilateral cruciate legiments when she was 2.You should get a second opinion on this.We ended up taking her to the U of M for surgery. It was spendy but she is now 9 and doing well.2700 doesnt sound far fetched.I was very pleased with the staff they have at the U.
Sorry to hear about your frustrations,I myself have never used a leader that long with leadcore.I use P line floro for my leaders about 10 to 12ft .I keep my drag loose and dont loose to many fish that way,I do take my boat out of gear for bigger fish.Mustad triple grips have made the biggest difference in holding on to fish imo…
Actually Jimmys is on your left hand side on hwy 95 going north towards stillwater. Its about a quarter mile before downtown.I would suggest getting a map of the lower St Croix.Trolling and rigging are going good right now, consentrate on the breaklines anywhere from 14 to 30 feet. Also pay attention to your electronics for baitfish, find em and the eyes wont be to far away…hope this helps…..ps.beachouse marina in Bayport has one of the best launches around, but its a pay launch. The only public landing I know of is on the north end of Stillwater.Use cation as it is fairly shallow around that area.
The only thing I use sea foam on is my gas for the boat motor.Ive got a 99 merc 75 with more hours than I can count. One time per month with a can,and it runs great.Keep the oil changed often, you should be fine………
