I decided on going with the 6’3″ MLXF for pitching small jigs and light weight vertical jigging. I already have the 6’8″MXF which is good for casting cranks and heavier vertical jigging and my vendetta works well for rigging so I think I got it all cover?????

Ended up getting the eyecon mxf 6’8″…….and man is it a sweet rod. It is super sensitive and the fast tip is a real nice feature for fast hook sets.

I am fairly new to trout fishing let alone to fly fishing. I was wondering what is your primary bait this time of year. I fish the la crosse area so I would assume hatches are similar. Do you use dry fly’s or wet……I have no idea??? Any help would be appreciative

I think they are around 35 dollars the same price as new blades. I checked their website but it only had the price and nothing else about it.

should i use a file to get the burrs off the bottom or should i get it off the top and bottom.I had a extra blade and put it on and man does it cut so much faster, but I don’t want to keep buying blades.

i know they were installed right and how can you bend an auger blade i have never heard of that before. i taked to a fellow fisherman and he said to just reshapen the blade because the new blades aren’t that sharp but he can make them sharper on both sides. I also put fresh gas in it today and that made it cut better also, as i made it to no choke today on lie the other day when it would only run at half choke. any other help
