    I have a two year old Eskimo Mako w/viper engine. And as soon as I can afford it, I will be getting either the Ion or Strikemaster 40V. I’ve had to replace the carb twice so far, the on/off switch once, plus all the stink that comes with gas. Electric seems the way to go…

    Go deeper 20-40 ft and be there for prime time like the other guys have said.

    I will try it, would you suggest that deep even at sundown? I never have just seems like that would be more of a daytime depth but clearly I don’t know or I wouldn’t have asked razz

    Not specifically Gull, no, but I’ve basically had the same luck (very little) on Gull, North Long, Round… basically most of the clear bigger lakes around here. Seem to do well during summer but ice hits and I get humbled quick lol.
