    I’ll probably end up junking it. Expensive lesson to learn, but hopefully learned in time.

    Not that it’s takes away from all the other things, but As far as that part, its two different pictures at different times. One just put on for a photo.

    The chains do attach to treailer tongue

    Yes. It’s a homemade trailer, As you probably already guessed.
