As long as you can save the files to the card from your computer you should be fine. Download the update to your card, put card in Lowrance, and turn it on. In my experience, the unit will do the rest on its own.

I want you to draw me as a boater this year in the youth club…I’d like to see how much you’ve progressed since the last time.
I got 5 on the outcome
I can always arrange this.
Just remember I have you Birthday Present from your wife at my house. Happy Birthday dude! When is the party?
Thats Ok, Next year State will be on the river. We will see how these lake guys do. Either way, it should be good fishing and fun as always. I just hope Cade can make it to State next year.
I spoke with Randy tonight. The show will still go on. Too many issues to change it now. Good luck to all fishing.
I would like to thank all of the kids for a fun year. It has been a great learning experience for all of us. I have enjoyed working with everyone of you and can not wait to get started on things for the next season which will start in September. I would also like to thank all of our supporters. Laudy, you have been a tremendous help. I can not thank you enough. The rest of the River Roads guys also deserve a thank you. David Snyder provided some extremely nice prizes to our champions today, for this I thank you. Laudy also did a wonderful job on the plaques and prizes as well. A few other sponsors need to be thanked: Suffix, Zoom, Gander Mountain, Pizza Hut – Rose St., Next Level Tackle, MG Lures, and one of our greatest sponsors is Custom Lures – Bob’s Bait and Tackle. Scott at Bob’s has been extremely helpful with prizes and discounts for our kids. All of you kids should make a point to thank him and all the others. Good luck at State you guys, and for those of you who did not make it this year, there is always next year. I am impressed with all of your abilities, and any one of you can win it next year.
If you are curious how the swim jig fishing on 8 is, just check out the post “Who is this Bassmaster?” my son caught this fish with a swim jig.
If you ask me, I think the first person we should roast is the person who thought of it.
Just so you know guys, I posted Broc’s first one. So the wording was mine, and that was intentional. I wanted to see your reactions. We were fishing near the spillway so we could see the lake. Yes you can look at the lake, from a distance though .
Gosh, I love it when a plan comes together. You guys are all so easy. Man is thgis going to be running this club.
We never said we were on the lake, we could just see it from where we were.
Wow, Rumor has it a couple of our Junior anglers have been fishing the off limits area after it was announced off limits. I hope this is not true since disqualification might make the difference in going to State based on lost points. I will know later when I get confirmation from my little birdie. Unless someone wants to fess up
No Tom, you can not give them all your hot smallie spots. However, maybe you should give them to me so I can make sure they are not cheating.
Ok I am going to chime in here. There are quite a few of you who know who I am. If I offend anyone with what I am about to say, so be it. We can discuss it later in person if you think you want to.
As for the trouble on the water. There are twelve kids in a local youth bass club and they know who they are. Some of you may or may not. I look at these kids as if they all are my own. So if someone has something to say, come to me first. I will admit the kids are a little enthusiastic about all this and I will continue to work on their manners. I will let you all know (lurkers and top ten guides)that if I hear of any more trouble with any of my kids I will take it personal. Someone has to teach these kids the rights and wrongs, but harassing will not be tolerated. I appreciate all the work that guys like Brovarney, Tom, Slop, Wats, Bret and a few others do to try and help these kids. They also do appreciate it, even if it is critical. Just so my kids know, and pass this on, if you encounter a problem I do not want you to get involved. Write down the boat description and hull number and I will use my resources to find out who that person is and we will try to solve the problems. I do agree that there is a certain amount of respect that needs to be given for certain areas that the kids learn throught their mentors, but just remember there is not a drop of water in the river that is owned by any one person. I ask all of you to help me help these kids and each other to stop the bull that has been going on because people are more worried about there tournament or guide fishing spots.
I will tell you the cheapest thing to use is a wiffle ball bat. I cut the end of a little at a time until it fit snuggly on my kicker. I then used a little bit of hockey stick tape, black, and twisted it while I rolled it on and it gave it a ribbed grip that worked great with gloves or wet hands. $2.00 bat, $2.00 roll of tape (to be used on several bats).. Try it, it works great.
One more thing to consider, I know for a fact that a large portion of Lake Onalaska will be patrolled and shut down during the show. You will be confined to certain areas. I would also recommend changing to pools 8 and 9. Too much trouble going on on upper 8 and lower 7 to fish comfortably. By the way, the closures are scheduled for 11:30 til about 3:30.
I would recommend the new yo-net. It is revolutionary and works great. Any questions send me an email. I can get them for you through the inventor. Check out their web site http://www.amfyoyo.com
And I am fishing with him this weekend Does anyone have a spare bicycle helmet for Mike? JK buddy.
No seriously, please help me with him. It could be a long day.
Our prayers are with you, please keep us updated as to how your pooch is doing.
I would like to add my two cents. I was personally down there for the Classic . One thing is safety is safety, however we all know what Slop said is so true. Swindle was just like every other guy out there. They are trying to fish their hearts out. It is bad enough that they have an observer tagging along, it just keeps them honest. However, how would you like to have all the rubber neckers following you around and lets add the camera boats. The camera guys are in different boats, they go to the guys they want to film, pull up, and they start filming. In some cases the camera man even gets on the pros boat. When the pro is ready to move, he now has to waste time trying to get everyone clear so he can go. Now in this case look at the area that Randy Howell and the G-Man where fishing. Enough water for two guys, not enough for two guys, two camera boats, and multiple spectators. I am not making an excuse for the man, just stating I can not fault the guy for anything. I agree that this is very unsportsman like. There should be minimum distances applied to spectators and if they are caught crowding an angler they should be fined by the local DNR. Just my opinion.
Hey guys,
As you know I am here at the Classic. All I want to say is Swindle is awesome. He is very personable and I have personally spoke with him this week. All I will say about this whole deal is, everyone involved went through a rules briefing. Many aspects of the tournament was covered. It is my belief that a person will not be disqualified for something tha is not in the rules. There is a minimum distance you need to be from another boat. If you break the rules, you pay the piper. He knows that but on his defense, these guys are only human and everyone makes a mistake now and again.
If it was a chevy they’d ask $400,000. Chevy thinks their name is worth the value of the vehicle. Pay too much money for a chevy when you could by a better vehicle like a Ford for less.
