I will be out Wednesday and Thursday with a couple buddies from school. Looks like they want to get some slabs so you know where I will be!

As far as Crappies go in Redgut, you will want to pursue shallow bays with soft bottoms as they will have the warmer temperatures. Fish around rock piles or the new Pencil Reeds that should be showing up. A slip bobber set at 12-24″ should do the trick. Remember you CANNOT fish in Porter’s Inlet, it doesn’t open till June 14th. so try areas around Perry Straits or the Highlines(pine narrows).
