    The action down here has been ok with alot of little ones and nothing over 20lbs. I Am also waiting for Mr. Big to latch on!

    Nice Fish!! We have also experianced some slow cat action!! I Guess i can see it when the water temp is around 70!

    I Have not been fishing at all! Now that the River is going down should be able to get back out there this weekend and start hiting it hard once again! Hope to see some new or bigger log jams that the river has made over the last few weeks! It should be great for fishing!!

    Hey wambat,
    Right now on the MN you dont really have to worrie about depth the river is up 6 ft so water is not a problem. You will want to try and find backwater or have a very small amount of current behind wingdams or loggams. If you can get bullheads i would recommend using them. Also becarful and watch out for logs and trees comming down river. Franklin has very good cattin water and there are good current breaks! Good luck this weekend!!

    The only thing that we use from flats are bullheads they stay alive longer and are a lot more hardy then chubs!

    Here are them Pictures of them Flatheads that we have caught in the last couple of days…They are all around 30lbs they have all been eatting very well they were all fat! got pictures of my cats and my little brothers flathead. Not sure if i can put more than one on a post so they are going to be individual. Lastnight went out and got 2 small ones hope to hit them hard this weekend!
