I didn’t catch any this past weekend.

Yes I kept the carp. Using them in crawfish traps.

Only reason I ask is that I likely won’t be off til 6:30-7:00 most every day this week, so won’t be fishing until 7:30 probably.

I almost moved north a ways, but held off. I was having too much fun with the carp. Going to be a long work week, but I’ll likely try again later this week.

Will they bite near dusk?

Tried just north of mpls. Nothing but carp and smallies.

Heading out tomorrow. Location yet to be determined. I’ll report back with my findings.

Thanks for the info. I’m not much of a shore fisherman, but sold the boat last year after moving up here and haven’t bought a new one since I got here. Just trying to make the best of it until I get my ducks in a row .

The weather techs don’t come up as high as the huskys and are a little more thin and flemsy than the huskys, if you’re looking for a difference. We researched and went to people that had both before making out decision. Or should I say she did. Was still $400 for the liners for her flex.

The better half has a set of Huskys in her Ford Flex. She has four kids, and myself….. The carpet underneath looks new as the day she got the thing.

Spendy but they’ve had whole drinks spilled in them and none of it ever made to the carpet. Melted snow? No problem.

Too tired today, had to climb the same 70ft ash tree three times today. Took it out of me.

Seems I can’t go wrong with those Slinder spoons…any particular variety of color or size? Understand if that’s taboo to ask or give up, and that it can change lake to lake and day to day.

As far as plastics, I feel confident I’ve got that covered already, but may pick up a few odds and ends.

Could use some tungstens though.
