It really is to each his own. The facts of line pick up on a 2500 mean nothing to me. I prefer a 1000 on all of my walleye rods.

90 percent of the people fishing in that hole know exactly what’s happening to those fish, they just dont care.

I have a 17’crestliner tiller with a 75 merc efi and I have asked two different dealers the same question also with the idea or reducing weight. Both said I will be happier with what I have. Vibration while trolling was mentioned by both dealers.

    Hi kooty

There is not an previous post about that fish so here it is. I caught this eye in April 2012 on p4 on an orange blade using my late grandfather’s favorite fishing rod making it that much more special. I did not take the time to get a length or weight, definitely a pb though. The rest of the night my buddy absolutely schooled me.

    Kevin,
Since you clearly took the time to google my name and location to come up with my address and send me a private message threatening to stop by my house on your way up north next week, why don’t you also take the time to post that message on your thread so everyone can see the real you.

I’m sure we will see an apology about this in the next few days just like the last time this kid ran his mouth.

I generally stick to rapala RS shads and jointed RS shads and have good luck.

Brian, I have met chris on the water. He is the great big guy that is always in the neon pink kayak with a bow mount trolling motor on the back of it. You can’t miss it.

I talked to so many people on saturday that had great tips, chris where you the guy trying to bobber fish in the mouth of the vermillion? If so how big of jig did you need in that amount of current? A big thanks goes out to my wife for giving chris the information to the account she created with my name on it and another thanks to BK for figuring out why my account was not working .
