    Yeah – it’s a helix 12 gen 3 network head.

Could not find the update page – with previous updates.

From what I can tell – I am doing everything the humminbird site says.

Will post what I find out from humminbird when I hear back from tech support.

    Thanks.

I could not see previous updates. Is there a spot that lists all previous updates?

    Thanks guys!

Tried a 32gb – with the specifications that humminbird gives.

    Also tried a 16gb one.

Also saw that the update – might require the base maps to be added at same time – tried that too – same result.

    Yeah super frustrating.

Last year – my 2012 trailer was at the 10 year mark. I purchased replacement parts – kind of a pain from the ezloader website and did it myself. I ordered spare hub/bearing parts as well as most places will not carry these parts to be safe. I think the system works – just a pain that most places don’t service.

There are a few YouTube views of how to replace.

    How much was the upgrade?

Are you happy with the upgrade?

I considered that several years ago, but the cost was significant.

    Thanks, Jon

Saw this same website with a different address. Scam. Stay away.

I have a Traeger timberline 850. Love it. Cook on it multiple times per week.

Price is steep, likely other pellet grills would likely do the same job. Gasket on it is nice for winter cooks and WiFi connection allows me to monitor at work. Nice for long cooks.

The smoke fire from Weber looks great. Seems like they improved issues with traeger – cleaning up the ash – does the ash keeper really work?

Also the grease falling to bottom appears to be better setup than my traeger which typically stays on drip tray as the tray on mine is virtually flat.

Get a pellet smoker – you won’t regret. Assume main brands are all the same and Weber smokefire at 1000 or so is priced right.

    Tri tip. Yes!

Traeger has a great easy tri tip recipe.

    You would not regret.

Check out YouTube channel – Meat Church. If he can cook on a pellet grill no one should be ashamed.

Trailer valet has a niche. Combination of flat surface, enough tongue weight for traction of the wheels is needed. My application was not a flat enough surface and a tight turn. Thus it had minimal use for my issue. Flat area and heavy boat that can’t be pushed or backed in with truck – golden.

One of the models Has a ball and goes in the tongue of trailer – need to have a tongue like the videos or it does not work – the thing does not get a tight fit. The other bolts on like a jack but is removable.

    Google trailer valet xl.

The videos on YouTube are impressive. I bought it for moving my mx1825 around. It kind of works as long as you don’t have much of an incline or driveway lip for garage.

If you live or drive through central wi – you can try mine out. I resorted to storing the boat in a place that I really don’t need it anymore. Would consider selling if it worked for you.

Thank you Dean. Someone from the boat center reached out to me today after I left a message. Thanks will likely use you guys this summer when I have time to get the trailer over there.

Yeah love the idea of not changing bearings yearly but finding info on the system or parts has not been super easy for me.

As the number of toys grow – keeping everything maintained and ready for use could keep someone employed.

Thanks for the info. Will call a local boat dealer and also see what they think.

    Thanks jon
