As a Fleet driver the company I work for already has the no cell phone Rules in effect.If you are caught using a cell phone while you are operating a company vehicle you get a day off without pay.Also I have heard that if you are in an accident one of the first things the Insurance companies do is check cell phone records. That could be for commercial drivers only I’m not sure. So for me a new state law wouldn’t effect me very much.

Based on Prior experience DO NOT buy the universal charger kit they are Junk my wife went through 2 of them before I stepped in and changed her mind.We ended up buying a charger from Micro Center In St Louis park. It cost about 50 Dollars but it was the right size and has preformed well.
