I have been following it, there are quit a few post on it. I just find it funny that you can’t leave your tip-ups unattended overnight, but you can do this. You can’t leave an ice shack out on the ice overnight unless you have your name/address on it, but you can do this. As other have repeatedly stated, it is time for a rule/law change.

I had a problem like that 2 years or so ago. At the time it was still under warranty. I forgot if it was just a controller board or if there was more to it. But I thought the MinnKota repairs guy at Scheels showed me the parts cost of about $370, just a bit difficult to recall all the details.
March 30, 2014 at 6:09 pm #1400445I not sure if there are any resorts on the LCO, but the Chippewa Flowage is loaded with them. The CC bridge spans the East vs. West on the lake. So if you know if you are fishing certain areas or driving certain places by vehicle that may be able to help you narrow it down.

February 27, 2014 at 8:26 am #1392101From an accuracy perspective, Lakemaster is better, especially in the lakes that are listed as HD. The HD lakes are mainly the the more popular bodies of water in some areas. If you are fishing bodies of water that are not listed as HD on Lakemaster, just stick with Navionics and save some money. I love my Lakemaster chips, but that is due to the water that I fish.

Anyone know when this show will be on youtube? It’s usually up by now.
Ditto, my in-laws were in town and were playing on the Cable box yesterday, and what do you know, I only had 1 minute recorded on the DVR.

for ideal place to stay would it be in conucopia or where exactly is it?
Cornucopia is 4 miles West, Bayfield is about 14 miles East. Those would be the closest options.

The Mn DNR will be doing a presentation on Pool 4 and lake pepin this coming Monday at the elks club in Rochester at 7pm. The Walleye searchers of southern MN has them come to our monthly meeting every February and ask them to do a overall “update” on the fishery which typicaly includes net surveys habitat changes etc. it is very imformational and I would highly recommend it for any pool 4 fisherman as they talk about all species. Club meeting will follow DNR presentation and all our welcome to stick around and get to know club members and learn what the club is all about! There is no charge and all are welcome! Any questions feel free to pm me look forward to seeing everyone!
Any big news come out if this or interesting tid bits?

I’d be more interested in signing up for the TWF side pot for the Saugerama versus the FYB, as the location and dates for the 2015 NTC location will at least be announced by that particular event.
For me, I have a tough time paying for a side pot to earn an entry into a tournament when I don’t know when or where it will be held.
I would expect FYB Side Pot for 2014 to be…
2014 Cabela’s NTC Tournament Information

This may have to be my go to ice fishing outerwear. My wife found this on the internet. Thought it was pretty funny.
If you think that is funny, Google – Sullivan Tip Down. (STD)
They have some great slogan on their sweatshirts and t shirts.

I thought the Packers didn’t want to re-sign him or the Vikes offered more? I am sure he’ll feel better when he deposits his next check.
He had a contract offer from the Packers, but went for more $ in MN.

I spent a lot of money to buy Blue Optima batteries throughout my boat. 2 years later, the cranking battery won’t hold a charge. Are you kidding?
So now I need to replace it. I will not buy Wally-World batteries because of past bad experiences. Am I also finished with gel cells too?Give me an idea for a new battery please, I’m losing hope.
I swapped over to Group 31 AGM for my Starting/House a couple of years ago and all my problems went away. I purchased the house brand at Farm & Fleet, but Fleet Farm has the same thing. They were we under the Sears and Optima in terms of price.

I say hit them with a restocking fee 10,000 to one.
That is the biggest problem, WI DNR is not as proactive as the MN DNR when it comes to stocking Walleyes. The DNR tries to steer clear and avoid the stocking of Walleyes.
