    Nice Fish!! I will be out there on p3 tonight too. Mostly going to try and get bait for the weekend.

    where are you guys catching the smallmouth on pool 3 this year. I caught some largemouth and small mouth on mud lake last year but haven’t been doing good on them this year.

    I fished it this Year and did well for bass in the shallows by stumps and blowdowns with powerbait and topwater buzzbaits. Caught several Pike 3-4 lbs range on topwater buzzbaits over weedbed edges. Weirdly enough I caught walleyes on sucker minnows and worms in 15 ft. of water on the dropoffs.

    I have not done too well in the backwaters this summer, did well on mud lake last year but haven’t caught much out of there this year.

    Channel cats have Forked tails that are easily identified.
