My 1996 Chevy K1500 was very comfortable to drive, my 2006 Jeep Liberty isn’t and anything over 1 hour makes me look like I have a back injury when I get out. My fathers Jeep Patriot which is a 2017, I think, isn’t much better but then he had a 4×4 S10 back 20 years ago I didn’t want to drive again after taking him to my sisters wedding that was a 3 hour drive

The diseases and predators are getting them before the cars. I see more dead skunk and raccoon than deer
August 25, 2024 at 6:21 pm #2286774A vapor barrier under these conditions don’t help as the floor is colder than the dew point and moisture will condense on it. The only options are to keep air moving or a dehumidifier
May 25, 2024 at 2:10 pm #2274336What exactly is it doing? Pattern like a shotgun at 100 yards? What model? Same box of ammo as before?
May 14, 2024 at 6:56 pm #2272567To eliminate a torque converter clutch issue, slightly press the brake while maintaining pressure on the throttle. A good mechanic with a scanner should see the slip on the scanner if the converter was the issue
May 14, 2024 at 7:27 am #2272425I have had a rumble on a couple vehicles that ended up being universal joint issues. Once it was a rumble only when braking and the others was a some noise and shake at a certain speed. I have the small universal joint press so I was able to change them in my garage
April 14, 2024 at 3:57 pm #2267231If you aren’t going to transmit, get a 2m/70cm dual band base antenna and put it up somewhere outside. You won’t damage a receiver by using a dual band antenna
April 11, 2024 at 5:45 pm #2266755I had a pair of Timberland PRO years ago and I thought they were good but anymore I wear Redwing 4456, https://www.redwingshoes.com/work/mens/safety-toe/King-Toe-04456.html and they are met guard
March 31, 2024 at 12:52 pm #2264543I think they had some switch on the throttle that would kill the engine in case the carb stuck open, too much slack in the throttle cable might do the same thing
March 25, 2024 at 4:28 pm #2263379I doubt any sonar will get banned as it doesn’t tell you what the fish is or if it is going to bite. If they wanted to ban sonar, it should have been done 20 years ago
March 15, 2024 at 4:44 pm #2261180Better have good insurance, normal lithium batteries are bad enough but cheap ones might start a fire easier
February 21, 2024 at 4:02 pm #2255622I spent money on a lawyer with NFA trust experience for my trust. I saw one of those one size fits all trusts online and didn’t want anything to do with it but that was 10 years ago.
I wouldn’t cry too loud about the $200 tax stamp, the price has never gone up since the NFA act went into law almost 90 years agoFebruary 3, 2024 at 9:13 am #2251747DJI Mini 2 SE can look straight down and it has 20+ minutes on a standard battery at slower speeds. Thermal drones are $3000+
Might want to add DJI Care Refresh in case you fly into a treeI might have to take it out tomorrow and scan some fields
November 17, 2023 at 6:07 pm #2236464I think a lot of people selling on craigslist actually buy them at a decent price and are looking to sell for a good profit. It seems there are a few on every site
November 7, 2023 at 4:29 pm #2234588I have had remote start on my vehicles since my 96 Chevy K1500, none of them died because of any issues with idling in cold weather.
The biggest thing is to drive them long enough after they are warmed up to get the condensation and whatever else out of the oil and my 20 mile trip to work must be enough. If you want to try to kill an engine only drive it a mile and shut it off, then wait 8 hours to drive it another mile
November 5, 2023 at 4:25 pm #2234345The beadlock on my Mule 610 tires must be more than what 4 wheelers have, it took a 500 pound 3 point winch with 500 pounds of front end tractor weights on it to break the bead. My antique tire changing stand couldn’t break the bead. I took the rims into a tire shop to have the new tires seated as my air compressor didn’t stand a chance
November 2, 2023 at 6:19 pm #2233991Should have gave him another year. Could have been a B&C class animal.
He is a S&C class, spoon and crockpot, killing tomorrows trophies today

October 31, 2023 at 5:30 pm #2233574I think that might have been the crux of the gripe by the UAW. They made concessions in 2008 renegotiating a 2007 contract so the companies could receive TARP bailout money. Those concessions were still in place when the strike started and the companies were making record profits.
I know this was not your point but I’m confused why anyone would be upset when a group of middle class workers get a good deal raising their standard of living….a rising tide raises all boats.
Not really as if everyone gets a 2% raise every year, your 2% doesn’t offset everyone elses and everyone loses in the end

September 24, 2023 at 5:18 pm #2225894I’m rocking vortex crossfire 10 x 50 currently. Have beat on them the last 3 years, hunting, boating , and ice fishing. I like them
How are binoculars used for ice fishing?
I have 12×50 crossfire and they are really clearSeptember 22, 2023 at 5:32 pm #2225613https://companiesmarketcap.com/automakers/most-profitable-automakers/
Doesn’t look like the companies with UAW workers are doing that goodSeptember 17, 2023 at 11:38 am #2224701Put out the word in your area and some coyote hunters may find you
Other than that, get a game call and go after them with an appropriate weapon. I guess trapping them could be an option, #3 leg hold traps and some trails end lure
September 16, 2023 at 6:33 pm #2224617The unions will sell out its members over a few things, they want a closed shop, automatic dues from paychecks and long term contracts. They want to get as much money from employees as they can for minimal effort
September 16, 2023 at 9:05 am #2224534You have to remember that it’s the businesses descion to be a union shop. They made the choice to have union workers. My company could go non union and hire a bunch of illegals. But they are aware that’s a bad choice for there own income
At one point the workers voted and it became a union shop

BC,
I have zero problem with negotiating.
I do have a problem with someone saying the CEO is making too much so give me some of his.
That’s a terrible argumentThat I agree with. I guess I didn’t realize they said he makes to much. I read they said the company as a whole is making record profits so they would like a raise. I could have missed that I guess, didn’t realize they wanted the ceos money
Were the record profits because of the employees or because of a decision made by management?
