Ok, thanks for letting me know. That’s definitely a good price I think.

If you don’t mind me asking, what did 2 6 amp Milwaukee batteries cost you?

The price of trucks has gotten to be insane these days, so I don’t like putting any unnecessary miles on my truck because I don’t want it to depreciate any faster than it already is. I will opt for my car unless I “need” the truck for something. I got a nice little grocery getter corolla 5 years ago for $6k and that is my daily driver unless I need the truck for hauling/clearance/towing/hunting/dog training etc. The corolla is cheap to own/insure/fix, gets great gas mileage, and is reliable. Not to mention I can fit in any parking spot and not have to worried about getting doored. I’ve avoided putting almost 40k miles on my truck by having this car. Big trucks are great but I don’t need to drive mine everywhere.

I also have a Corolla for all my driving around miles. I have a truck for truck duties. Corolla gets double the mileage of most trucks and like stated I keep thousands of miles off the truck and drive the wheels off the car.

Most trucks you see are 4 door, one driver, no passenger, box empty driving up and down the highway. Trucks nowadays sit up so high without these “leveling kits” that you need to be 7′ tall to get anything into or out of the box. Some people just have to drive a truck for what I’ve never understood?

Fleetfarm had the new 6.0amp buy one get one free.

That add says buy 2 6.0 Milwaukee batteries for $279 and get one free.

Just found a place that has 2 6.0 high output Milwaukee batteries for $150. Would these batteries suffice for the ice auger drill?

So it sounds like it’s the batteries as they are at least 3 years old. I was just thinking about the price on a 8 amp battery is probably as much as the whole Hercules setup. I’ll have to do some research on Milwaukee battery prices. Thanks again for all the info.

I see for $150 I can get a Hercules 1200 lb drill with a 8 amp battery and charger. Wondering if I should ditch the Milwaukee, haven’t been impressed with Milwaukee since I purchased a separate 4 tool kit.

I will try a few different things and contact Milwaukee as well. Thanks for everyone’s input on this.

Can’t be overheating, sometimes it does it on the first hole.

I’m using the 5 amp hr batteries I’ve used since new. The bit is still pretty sharp. If I stay on the trigger it doesn’t stop. But sometimes when I let off it just decides to not work for awhile.

the more games I watch, either these games are fixed, or the ref’s have become more inept than they ever have been. maybe the game need to have less rules that can be intrepid 6 different ways

I agree, terrible reffing, and the tackling in the NFL is questionable at best. Hard to watch running backs and big receivers attempted to be tackled up high and ran into.

You’d think with such a great regular season record the queens would play better than this

Can’t believe some Viking fan started a fire in LA just so the Rams won’t have home field advantage!

I think the Eskimo pistol bit 2.0 or the strike master lite flite would be my choices. Both lightweight and cut incredibly fast and effortless.

You could see last night that any type of pressure on Darnold and he was terrible. Accuracy, movement, and decision making are not in his wheelhouse. Addison was non existent and Jefferson looked like he was going to cry.

Or, they got outplayed and out coached by a superior team.

    Yup, that’s it.

Sears seems to be the same as the Morton brand Menards carries. My last 2 were Sears and now I purchased a Morton brand from Menards. Same hookups which was nice for the install.

I’m going to be trying the Remington core lokt soon, sounds like quite a few people have liked them for years.

Watch about 2-3 episodes and realize this show is a waste of time.

Never have I seen so many coyotes around. Hoping to take some out as soon as there’s snow on the ground.
