Yes it is open. But for some reason that it freezes in you can go to the maintenance building as you turn off river drive on your right hand side and ask them. They will break it open for you. It’s a dock that is supposed to be kept open for emergency rescues on the river

I play both Asa and Utrip and the hottest new bat we have come across this year is the demarini one. That is the name of it. Also have the z2000 and z3000 but the demarini one is hotter than both of the z’s.
Also to break the bats in you can use a rubber mallet just keep rotating the bat as you are hitting it. Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I might have to go try some spots this weekend. As far as Clinton goes, my wife is from there and everytime we’re in town I wanna fish it but we don’t own a boat right now and I don’t know of any spots from shore to fish so I always decide not to
