You dawg! Accident huh? and on plugs/lures!! Just how far is it to there from here? My two best (blues) would be just a bit more than the 54#. One 8/26/’10 40# the other @ 3/??/’11 37#. I have cought 2/3 pounders on such as clear hell raiser and safety pin lures though. Ya never know! Way t’ go.
That is what I’d like to do to ’em. Yes, Brian, we have freshwater drum in Texoma. Dad called ’em Gaspergoo. Most of us consider them a trash fish and look upon them with distaste. Nuisances. Recon I might do an attitude adjustment if they eat the “zeebs” is it? Quit usin’ ’em for cut bait ‘n such. Thanks for ans. jaybow
Howdy TXcat, I been busy followin’ yer advice. Gettin’ some shad and fishin’ shallow. Catchin’, but with most bites on punch bait of allthings! Better fish of coarse on cut bait[buffalo, shad]. Windy shore best. I do mean windy, 46mph one day. Welcome Aboard! jaybow
Sooner ‘n I expected! I’m going up&down the list answerin’ folks. The answer is: I fish from shore most frequently. I do have a couple of boats, 10 & 14 ft. flat bottoms and an old Vivian i/o [needing a transom seal] so it’s OOC. Short ans. bank, cut bait, shad, punch bait. THANKS jaybow :
Okay! I’ve seen your name as someone who could help. I just needed too much help to be able to find you ’till now. I’ll be lookin’ forward to further talks. THANKS, jaybow
