Happens Waaaaay too often. I’m usually on 3,4, or 5 and 4 is the worst. Once we were trolling the MN side South of Lake City, hooked a couple nice ones at the same spot in consectuive passes. An idiot sees us scoots over and drops anchor. My first instinct was tie on a half ounce jig and bounce a few casts off the side of his boat.

I bought a 16 gallon Shop Vac. It has so much suction it would crush the hose that came with it. I had to buy a crush-proof one for another $30. Good performance now but still pissed that a good hose didn’t come with it.

Upon further reflection he is and probably will be a kick-[censored] guitar player, it’s his singing I can’t stand.

Hasn’t made a good album since Stranglehold, his best stuff was with the Amboy Dukes and that was 40 years ago.

This is a good place to start looking. Streams with public access get moe pressure, private land requires permission to enter.

You have faulty information.

1. The entire lot of coffe cup lids were defective and would not seal and McDonalds was aware of this and continued to use them.
2. The Coffee maker was malfuntioning and the coffee was served at near boiling.
3. Initially she did not seek damages, only reimbursement for medical exspenses.

It was McDonald’s callous treatment of her that influenced the jury to award her such a large settlement. There are clearly abuses of the legal system but this case is unfairly and incorrectly cited. The founders of our great country were being oppressed by the King of England without representation. They realized we needed fair access to the courts to seek justice.
