You guys are making me hungry! We always do wild game for Christmas. Venison, fish, pheasant, turkey… whatever we were blessed with. I’d love to hear the Norwegian meatball recipe from the 1800s! Haven’t had lutefisk for years. My Grandpa used to make it but had some horrible stuff a few years ago and haven’t really gotten over it… we do a mean lefse though.
