I used Bay Point Access Yesterday, 4/7/20. They do have docks in the water. I don’t know when or if they will close. The lot was nearly full when I left the river at around 3:30 PM.

At 7:15 AM the National Weather Service was reading the Red Wing Hydro meter at 13.03′ which is about a foot below food stage. As of 10:00 AM today its reading 12.88′.
