Yeah finmans sounds interesting. I tried walleye in tin foil with butter on the grill and it was a disaster so haven’t tried with out breading since then.
Just bought mine this season, have not had a lot of ice time but got called out to work at 2:30 am and was outside 3 hours with just a tee shirt under the coat and long johns under the pants -25 with wind and was not cold at all. So I can say it holds up on the warmth just hope the durability holds up!
