    Thanks for all the great suggestions. I think I may try Leech (not too far north and yet maybe less slush?).
    BC you are correct! It’s an 18 foot with 4 foot V.

    I live in East Bethel. Day trips would be Milacs. Weekend trips would be further north. I would like to hit maybe Red Lake this year?
