I use a chunk of 12 GA Romex. It is stiff enough that you should not have to pull the throttle access plate.

I’m Running a 19.5 P on a 17 model. I can get to 5800. Another guy with the same boat here in Mi went with the 19P he can get a little more out of his. The ride is much improved with these props. I left the motor height the same.

I have a 2017 WX 2060 with the same issue. I have another transducer mounted to the back so it is not a real big deal for me. What is odd is I can see where someone had mine glued down in a different spot. I have never had much luck with glassed in transducers.

Just wanted to give an update now that I have 20 hrs on the Motor.

    With the 19.5 P Bravo 1 LT.

2 people full load, 56 MPH at 5800 RPM. I would order the 19P if I were to do it over again. I still need to try this prop with the motor raised 1 hole.

This prop has much more bow lift the the stock 3 blade. Slow planing speed at around 19MPH. Good hole shot even with a full live well and 4 guys in the boat.

I finally was able to get out yesterday. After I properly broke in the motor, Here are the results with the 19.5P Bravo 1 LT.

2 guys, 3/4 tank of fuel, Full of gear.
51 MPH at 5200 RPM. Great hole shot and slow speed plane (20 MPH). This prop seemed a touch squirrely at full trim.

    Nick,

Please post some pictures if possible.

I picked up a left over 17 model. I also have been impressed with the attention to detail these boats have. I found the same thing when i wired up my 9″ and 12″ Hummingbird Helix graphs. The dash is over 1/2″ thick on these boats.

I just picked one up as well. These boats are built like a tank!
