Hello Fisherman. I have lived on the lake the past six years. Sort of know where the fish are if you’re coming up send me a message. As for last weekend the Lions walleye tournment was fishing the lake. Many teams had no 16″+ fish to report. Some did well. Friday’s paper will have the results. When coming up don’t forgot to bobber fish the weedline. It’s worth the 90 minutes invested.

We now have five and rented a model 440. If more interested people are going then we will get a larger boat. Costs split equally cost should still be the same. Questions?

Here’s a new update to an old post.

We may need a few guys to go with us this year to Voyagaire NP (Crane, Kab, SP, and Namakan). Once or twice a year we go to Voyagaire NP to rent a houseboat for a week. It’s a blast. Not all of our group can make it this this year. We have three maybe four guys and could use up to two more.

Most us meet in the Cities and drive to houseboatvacations.com — the same video you probably saw on Saturday morning fishing shows or at the Sportsman Show last weekend.

Only 35 days until we leave for our next trip. We are still looking for one more person to join us.

Sorry to get to you so late. I miss fishing pool #4. It has been a whole four weeks I haven’t had my boat in the water. Need not fear, the ice is melting here. If ice is still on the lake Monday I would be surprised. The bays are slowing opening up and is getting darker.

I didnt see the weather report and another gentleman took me up on the open seat. We’ll see what happens. Maybe next week we can go out.

Today, I met Greg for the first time. He was very a nice guy and out fished me! My experience this month was four sauger for every walleye caught not today, all walleye. Most of them under the slot limit a few keepers. The three-ways yielded only one fish and a variety colored jigs caught the rest.
