Fact: the citizens of MN paid what they legally owed and the state never “over collected.” No, it’s a surplus not a deficit, so yes they did over collect to tune of 17 billion, only to expand government beyond its already boated size. Walz and his ilk want to turn this state into mini-California utopia.
