I I would recommend Ham Lake, East Bethel. Not much for condos but homes with some land are going for same price. Like everyone else says you are near great fishing waters. Bell is correct it may not help you, but it makes the clean up a lot easier when everything is in the general area. Is this a remote oil tank with a reserve mounted on the motor, or a main oil tank mounted on the motor? If it is the reserve tank on the motor that tank needs to be full with no air in the line at all. If it is your main tank you may consider looking at the oil level sensor. I don’t know anyone who has been happy with 4 gig memory. if you’re not huge into it its probably not a big deal. memory is always upgradable if things change. kinect is fun.

They leave the nest right away and stay with mom. I agree you just put something in there if you want them to get out on their own. I would just reach in and grab them and let them out. I had raised ducks with my kids for a few years and have a bit of experience with mom and babies. Mother duck won’t abandon them if you touch them or none of that. At work we rescue them from the storm drains and mom is not normally that far away and when they get out then reunite.

What way did you head up. We are going up in the morning and we can keep an eye out.
